Contracted trucking fleets and rail allocations move tonnage from pit to stockpile with weighbridge records at every transfer, so declared quantity matches loaded quantity.
Stockpiling & blending
Port-side stockpile management and blending to hit your exact CV, ash and sulphur window.
Where a single seam does not meet your specification we blend to target and verify by independent analysis before loading, avoiding rejection at discharge.
Inspection & certification
SGS or Intertek sampling, analysis and weight certification at load port.
Independent draft survey, sampling and full proximate/ultimate analysis are issued per cargo, alongside Certificate of Origin and non-wood packing declarations.
Customs & export documentation
Full export documentation set for EU, UK and Turkish customs clearance.
Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, quality and weight certificates, insurance certificate and commercial invoice — prepared to your bank's letter-of-credit requirements.
Onward European distribution
Rhine and Danube barge, rail and road delivery beyond the discharge port.
We arrange barge transfer at Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Constanța and rail or road haulage to inland plants, so you can buy delivered-to-works rather than CIF port.
Trade finance & payment terms
Letters of credit, documents against payment and structured terms for repeat buyers.
We work with irrevocable LCs at sight, confirmed by a first-class European bank, and offer negotiated terms on established term contracts.
Marine cargo insurance
Institute Cargo Clauses (A) cover on CIF shipments at 110% of invoice value.
Cover is placed with rated underwriters and the certificate is included in the documentary set, so your cargo is protected from load port to discharge.
